The activity is currently carried out by a natural person, with no registered legal entity. Registration details will be published here as soon as they exist.
What this site does
It shows work, describes the services I offer, and gives you two ways to start a conversation. You cannot buy anything directly here: there is no basket, no online payment, and no user account.
Using the site means you accept the terms on this page. If you do not, the only thing I ask is that you do not use it.
The prices
The prices published here are starting prices, not binding offers. They are there so you can work out whether a conversation is worth having, without needing to request a quote just to learn the order of magnitude.
The final price of a project depends on what it involves and is agreed in writing before anything starts. I will never invoice you for something you have not agreed to beforehand.
Where the actual agreement lives
This page is not the contract. Every project has its own written agreement setting out what is delivered, by when, for how much and on what terms — and that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.
I work with companies and with people carrying on a business. The services on this site are not offered to consumers within the meaning of consumer protection law.
Copyright
The writing, drawings, typography and structure of this site are mine. The portfolio work belongs to the clients it was made for and is published here with their agreement.
- You may link to any page, without asking.
- You may quote a short passage if you say where it came from.
- You may not copy the work or the drawings to use them elsewhere.
What I deliver in a project belongs to you, on the terms set out in that project's contract — as a rule, on full payment.
Liability
I try to keep this site accurate and available, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that everything on it is current at every moment. I am not responsible for what is on the sites the links here point to.
Nothing on this page limits liability in cases where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
Romanian law applies. If a disagreement comes up, the first step is to write to me — nearly everything gets settled there. Failing that, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
